Welcome to Listowel International Storytelling Festival brought to you by Kerry Writers’ Museum.
Our festival, now in its 7th year strives to bring the ancient artform of storytelling to as many people of all ages in the community as possible.
Join us for performances, workshops, story swaps, music sessions, walks, talks and children’s events in the Kingdom’s cultural capital, as the best of Kerry’s storytelling talent merge with invited global guests, offering locals and visitors an opportunity to celebrate and discover oral traditions and cultural diversity.
Listowel International Storytelling Festival takes place from Thursday September 18th to Sunday September 21st 2025 in various venues throughout Listowel.
